Rhymni
Dosbarth Rhymni have been working really hard this half term on their context for learning 'Cynefin (Where I belong)'. The pupils have been finding out about habitats and exploring all things Welsh.
Last month the children had so much fun on World Book Day. We loved reading the book 'Supertato' By Paul Linett and Sue Hendra. The pupils had a great time getting messy when making our class Supertato model from papier mache. We have attached the story below for you to listen to at home with your child.
We look forward to sharing photographs of the forthcoming Welsh Fayre which pupils are busy preparing for.
Dosbarth Rhymni are having a fantastic time observing all of the changes that Autumn brings this half term with the Context for Learning of 'Seasons Greetings'. It won't be long until we start rehearsing for our Christmas Concert next month, there will be lots of exciting prop design and chances for our pupils to get into character in our school Drama Room.
We have have a few new faces in Dosbarth Rhymni this term so last half terms context 'My Friends' was a great opportunity for students to get to know each other and settle into the new class routine.
Remember, there is a host of activities on our blended learning page on the link below if your child is unable to attend school and you would like some home learning ideas.
Pupils in Dobarth Rhymni have been learning all about Wales in their context for Learning titled 'Mae Hen Wlad Fy Nhadau'. They have been having great fun dressing up for World Book Day, Making collages of daffodils and dragons, making a 3D junk model dragon, meeting Fflic a Fflac the Welsh language puppets and making their own Welsh video with the puppets. Please look out for the pictures and videos that we will be sharing soon with Seesaw.
