Attention Autism

In this area, you will find videos of myself delivering magic box sessions of phase 1 and phase 2 activities. 

There is also a link to give further ideas if you wanted to try this at home.

We enjoy magic box activities as they support the following skills;

  • To engage attention
  • To improve joint attention
  • To develop shared enjoyment in group activities
  • To increase attention in adult-led activities
  •  To encourage spontaneous interaction in a natural group setting
  • To increase non-verbal and verbal communication
  • To build a wealth and depth of vocabulary
  • To have fun!
